“Ghost of the Garden” is a handmade original piece.

Created by building a form from cardboard and applying my handmade paper mache clay to the outside. Once it’s cured the piece gets sanded and painted. The flowers are sculpted from miniature gourds grown on the farm. Firmly planted in a bed of artificial grass. This particular piece is painted with acrylics and sprayed with a clear protective sealer.

The measurements of the piece are approximately 9.5” tall x 6.5” wide x 5.5” deep.

Signed and dated on the back. Able to be displayed hanging using the nail hole or sitting on a surface.

My art will show signs of the hands that made it, there may be small inconsistencies from time to time with each piece. This just adds to the charm of the piece and comes along with any handmade object.

Paper mache is made from a mix of things inclusing paper. Although it’s been painted and sealed please keep it in a dry environment so it will last you for years to come.
